Martian Sports Skills Lacrosse League

Martian Sports was organized to provide professional quality lacrosse and hockey services to middle school age boys. The Martian Sports Lacrosse League (MSLL) provides league games, tournaments and instructional clinics for U13 and U15 boys. Last summer, we offered clinics and games to over 100 players from MA and NH at the Amesbury Sports Park in Amesbury Massachusetts. The clinics were supported by college players from Hobart, Springfield College, UVM. BU, Middlebury, Gordon, and Endicott Colleges. Special clinics were supported by players from The Boston Cannons. All of our games were supervised by EMLOA certified referees, ensuring the safety and fair play for all players involved.

MSLL is the only middle school age summer league on the North Shore of Boston. We have contracted with Amesbury Sports Park to provide professional level lighted turf fields and full sports entertainment facility. The turf fields at Amesbury Sports Park provide the opportunity to play lacrosse on a consistent surface with optimal footing and is not adversely effected by weather, allowing for fewer game cancellations. The Amesbury Sports Park offers a restaurant, full bar, video games, and plasma TV’s running college lacrosse games and play-offs for the 2006 season. Parents and families can watch the games from either the deck or the Sports Bar. The park is conveniently located just off RT 495 in Amesbury MA.

The Martian Sports Lacrosse League summer session will begin June 26th and run through August 12th 2006. Team registrations and individual “Free Agents” are encouraged to play. Each team will be guarantied at least eight league games, plus we will sponsor an end of summer tournament where the winning team will receive trophies and prizes. Weekly MVP awards and prizes for outstanding play. Statistics on scoring and shots will be recorded and provided to local papers for publication. We will provide shirts for all participating teams, and for any team that is paid up before May 1st, we will provide a custom shirt for your team at no extra cost!!!
